1 pound cream cheese 1 tablespoon yellow mustard 1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup 1 1/2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce 1 tablespoon mayonnaise small amount of milk
Blend ingredients with mixer until smooth.
Serve with chips.
