In
medium bowl, mash avocados.
Dice
onion and add to bowl. Cut garlic into small pieces
and add to bowl. Chop
cilantro, about 2 tablespoons, and place in bowl.
Take
hot chile peppers and take off skin. (might want to
use rubber gloves when handling) rinse out seeds and
dice peppers. Add to bowl.
Add
2 tsp Cayenne pepper and salt to taste, about 1 teaspoon.
Mix well and refrigerate.
Eat
with chips or tortilla chips.
