Reuben Dip

This recipe is from Tom Bailey of New Albany, In., who writes, "I just came across this recipe before the Holidays. It has been such a hit with friends and family that I ended up making it 4 or 5 times before the New Year."
 
Ingredients:
Recommend this recipe to a friend

1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 reg. size can sauerkraut, drained
12-14 oz. shaved corned beef, cut into 1/2 inch strips
6-8 tablespoons thousand island dressing

 

 
Directions:

Soften cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Add Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and corned beef. Mix well.

Pour into a 9 inch square casserole dish and drizzle with thousand island dressing. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with a variety of crackers and cocktail breads.
