Slice
meat into bite size strips. Scrub potatoes and cut into
1/2 inch wedges. Slice onions and separate into rings.
Mince garlic. Thickly slice mushrooms. Measure out the
peas. Slice fresh beans or measure out frozen beans.
In
a large skillet or wok heat oil and stir fry the meat
for about 2 minutes.
Add the butter, heat to melt it, and then add the potatoes.
Stir fry until they start to brown, about 4 minutes.
Add
the remaining ingredients and stir fry until the vegetables
are heated through and the meat is done, about 4 more
minutes. Makes 2 to 4 servings.
