One
of my favorites. It is good, toasted, for breakfast, and
also good when you want a bread to serve for dinner with
a dish that is on the sweeter side. I like it with Pork
and Sweet Potato Stew.
Ingredients:
1
cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons liquid honey
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 package yeast
Directions:
Mix
sour cream and baking soda together. Add to the bread
maker pan. Add all remaining ingredients in the order
listed (or as directed in your bread maker instructions).
Set
bread maker to the regular setting and start.
