I make this in the summer, with tomatoes from the garden. It is good with pasta.
1/3 cup water 1 1/3 cups tomatoes, blanched, skinned and chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons parsley 2 teaspoons basil 1 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon oregano 3 cups flour 1 package bread maker yeast
Add all ingredients to the bread maker pan in the order listed (or as directed in your bread maker instructions).
Set bread maker to the regular setting and start.
