Preheat
oven to 325 degrees F. Cream cheeses and sour cream
together. Stir in the melted butter. Slowly add the
sugar, mixing
at all times.
Add
eggs, vanilla and lemon juice. Add flour to mixture.
Pour
into a floured springform pan. Place in preheated oven
and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Turn the oven off
and leave the cheesecake in the oven for another 2 hours.
Remove
from the oven, cool and eat.
