Cream
butter, peanut butter and sugars. Add egg, and continue
to beat until light and fluffy.
Mix
flour, baking soda and salt together. Gradually add
to creamed mixture and stir until combined.
Shape
into balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie
sheet. Flatten the balls with a fork. Bake at 300 degrees
F. for 18 to 24 minutes.
