Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons liquid honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Mix flour, baking soda, salt and oatmeal together.

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in honey and vanilla.

Add flour mixture and mix. Stir in raisins and nuts.

Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 300 degrees F. for 18 to 22 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to cool.
