In
a large bowl, combine flour, bran, baking powder, baking
soda and salt.
In
another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour
over dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
Spoon
batter into greased or paper lined muffin tins. Bake
at 375 degrees F. for 18 to 20 minutes. Makes about
2 dozen muffins.
