Fall Festival Dinner

This hearty meal is a great one when fall is in the air. It works well for casual entertaining, or for a family meal.

So, if you are having friends or family over for dinner following a visit to a local fall festival, you can prepare the Pumpkin Squares and Broccoli Bacon and Mushroom Salad in the morning. You can also prepare the Pork and Sweet Potato Stew, up to the point of baking, and refrigerate it.

Put the Oatmeal Honey Bread in the breadmaker and start it before going out. When you return, put the stew in the oven, put out some fresh veggies and dip for people to munch on, and in about an hour your dinner will be ready.
