In
a large bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, baking powder,
salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and brown sugar.
In
a small bowl, beat egg. Stir in maple syrup, milk, vanilla
and melted butter. Pour over the dry ingredients and
stir only to moisten.
Pour
batter into greased or paper lined muffin tins and bake
at 375 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
