In a large skillet, combine the ground beef, celery
and onions. Cook until meat is browned and vegetables
are soft. Drain excess fat.
Add
mushrooms, soups and water and stir to combine.
Reserve
1/2 cup of the Chow Mein noodles and add the rest to
the ground beef mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Turn
into a large casserole dish and top with the reserved
Chow Mein noodles.
Bake
at 350 degress F. for 45 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
