Ethel was the daughter of John Skinner and Lucy Charleton. She was born March 29, 1895, in Morden, Manitoba, and died October 15, 1971, in Souris, Manitoba. She was also the sister of Eva Skinner, who was married to Milton's brother, Charles Jackson Donogh.
